Afghanistan has burnt through decades of civil war. It is devastated- its infrastructure shattered by conflict between parties.
Hundreds of thousands of children are banned from school while some schools are just shut down, destroyed and then set alight.
And what happens to these uneducated children?For many there is nothing but work at minimum wages, often as the only income provider for their household. They are forgotten and isolated with no opportunity to study or build a constructive future. Children in the capital and far from Kabul need any kind of help available- from food, to clothing, to Shelter.
The Zaram Foundation is committed to connect Afghan children to those in the outside world such as the USA, UK, Australia and within the European Union.
