Once the Zaram foundation has succeeded in its ptimary projects the next step will be training the uneducated younger generation. By the uneducated younger generation we are referring to those children who were forced to leave schools at early stages and then had no chance of returning.

This generation is now too old for primary schools. It is time for them to study at colleges and universities, but a lack of education would not allow them to do so.

The only chance they have now is to be trained through short term courses which enable them to find job. Short term training course will be for both young men and young women.

The Zaram foundation has the capability, possibility and the enthusiasm to run such projects.
